About

About us

NewCrafts is a conference for software practitioners who want to improve the quality of their software. Writing coherent code is only the first step. The best engineers have a strong skill set of social and technical techniques and practices they can deploy to deliver high-quality software.

This conference is not only for those looking to take the next step in their career. It’s also a space to meet a community of like-minded individuals who love the craft of their work and want to explore new and novel techniques to solve problems found in complex software projects.

NewCrafts has been around since 2014, making this 2025 edition, the 11th anniversary. This edition will be organised by Aardling, the team behind Domain-Driven Design Europe, EventCentric, and Data Mesh Live. The program will be selected together with the original NewCrafts team.

Come join us and let's rock this code together!
